Cancellations and Returns

If you change your mind, you may request to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Due to the nature of our pet supplement products, we can only accept change-of-mind returns where the product is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page before sending any item back.

We will provide return instructions.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong product.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and checked, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
